There were times when I would take a leadership role in the middle of battle but when it comes to meetings and the organizational aspect I don't know what I'm doing.

i'm good at organizing people and working out strategies. not so much leading during battle but i did a lot of that kind of work back home.

i can teach you some skills. jin guangyao might be able to help, too. he taught me a lot.
