Cultivating for youth and beauty can do wonders for maintaining one's appearance! Of course, there's other methods as well if you're not interested in that sort of thing.
[After all, Huaisang certainly isn't interested in it himself but when you're born into one of the great clans and wind up its leader, what can you do?]
There's health benefits to the practice, too.
I haven't given much thought to the weather or seasons in a while. My mind's been on other things.
