Threadhopping: Ask first just to make sure! However, threadhopping network threads is always totally okay with me!
Fourthwalling: No, please. This includes The Untamed characters recognizing him as Nie Huaisang or other characters recognizing him based on his live-action counterpart's appearance. They are not physically the same and wear dissimilar robes. Please don't have your character ignore these differences.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Graphic depictions of extreme and brutal sexual assault, cannibalism, pedophilia, necrophilia, and extreme gore are all sensitive subjects for me so please use content warnings in the subject line of your tags so I don't get blindsided by upsetting content. If there's something not listed here that you're unsure I'l be okay with, please just ask me about it directly. I won't bite if you do.
CRAU: Please don't bring up information gained about my character or his canon from other games in threads with me without discussing it with me first. Information about their personal experiences in the game is fine. For the most part, I'd prefer to start out building CR independently of a version previously played by someone else. I may be willing to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis but not without OOC communication.

Hugging this character: Sure! Huaisang's pretty tactile and he tends to like hugs very much.
Kissing this character: Sure! Depending on how attracted Huaisang is to your character, something more might come of it, romantically or physically on his end. He can get, uh, really into enjoying the moment. If he isn't attracted, he'll probably shrink back but he's unlikely to hit your character or anything. Platonic kisses on the forehead or top of his head are generally very much welcomed! Huaisang likes being spoiled.
Flirting with this character: Go right ahead! If it happens often enough, Huaisang might start getting a little flustered and/or crush on your character. He might impulsively reciprocate the affection or he might not act on it at all. Huaisang's a bit timid and lacking in self-confidence about this sort of thing.
Fighting with this character: Sure! Despite being the heir to a martial sect, trained in fighting both hand-to-hand and with a saber, Huaisang's not a very good physical fighter. If he has access to them, he's more likely to use a talisman and flee or start screaming for help. On the other hand, if running isn't an option, Huaisang might retaliate with sudden viciousness with whatever weapon he has on hand in order to defend himself.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Sure! Minor injuries like lacerations and bruises are always fine but anything severe that could potentially lay him up for a while, run by me first.
Killing this character: Possibly with prior plotting and communication! Talk it over with me and we might be able to work something out.
Using telepathy/mind-reading abilities on this character: Usually whatever is written in introspection is fair game but if you need something deeper than that, ask me about it so we can figure out what's being read. Telepathic communication, on the other hand, tends to be fine with me.
Warnings: Huaisang's canon deals with war and his own story touches on violence, murder, dismemberment, animal cruelty, and inciting a mentally ill man to sacrifice himself as part of a revenge scheme. Depending on canon point, these subjects won't come up at all but it's good to be aware of them.
I also feel it's necessary to mention that Huaisang is an extremely cunning, ruthless, and deceptive person. He has a very shady, self-serving, and manipulative nature to the point that if your character interacts with him, they will be opening themselves up to becoming a future pawn in his schemes, even unwittingly. It's so deeply ingrained in his character, even with people he's closest to, that it can't be completely avoided in CR with him. Of course, I'm willing to minimize how much he involves other characters in his plans and keep them from ever coming to fruition but the mentality is always there so do be aware of that when establishing CR with him. Just because Huaisang thinks something will happen doesn't mean that it actually will.
Additional note on the character: While I'm open to negative CR, please discuss it with me OOCly first so we can plot things out. Due to his tendency to hold intense, lasting grudges and capacity for widespread destructive CR interference, we need to talk out boundaries and limits beforehand so we're on the same page! The last thing I want to do is ruin anyone's good time.
