If not for his obligations to the living back home, Nie Huaisang's performance might be just as lackluster here as it'd been publically back home. Some days, it takes multiple reminders that the future of his clan is at stake. And stubborn quelling of the thoughts of just how sad and lonely his life back home truly is.
